I believe we all carry this topic to learn “To love yourself” in our lives. Such a topic is crucial and probably heavy to some people.

Coming to this stage of life I started to realise that eating better, dressing up better, buying luxurious things, are not related to “loving myself” at all. 

Loving myself is about understanding myself, such as what I like and don’t like, what makes me happy, angry, the reasons I feel sad in some situations.

To understand myself and my own needs, so that I can tell others how to treat me.

How to love others and to be loved is another life topic

Love is a flowing energy, just like the white part in the painting

Love goes in both directions

In the painting I used the ink-splat method to convey “When you love me with all your heart without asking for any return, I also do the same.”

We all learn the big topic of “love” throughout our lives somehow

May we all learn to love and to live the fullest of ourselves

May we all no longer be bound by all the norms from society

May we all graduate from this dimension

活到這個年紀，開始明白，愛自己不是今天吃好點，穿好點，買名牌

愛自己是明白自己了。我喜歡什麼，不喜歡什麼，為什麼這樣我會生氣，為什麼這樣我會開心，為什麼這樣我會傷心

讀懂自己了，明白自己所需

從而教懂身邊人應該如何對待你

當然愛自己並不代表自私

如何愛人與被愛又是另一個人生課題

愛是流動的，如同畫中白色的部分

愛是雙向奔赴的，你用心不求回報的愛我，我同樣也會不求回報的去愛你，我用了畫中潑墨色彩的部分去表達這個概念

我們整個人生，都在學習「愛」這個大課題

願我們都學會愛自己，活出自己，不受這個社會的枷鎖束縛，從而畢業
